1. Subscription plans
Gutski offers the following paid subscription plans:
- Monthly: $19.99 USD per month (approximately $4.99 per week)
- Annual: $179.99 USD per year (approximately $14.99 per month, saving 25%)
Prices may vary by region based on Apple's local pricing tiers. The exact price in your local currency is shown in the App Store before you confirm purchase.
2. Free trial
All new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. During the trial:
- You have full access to all premium features
- You will not be charged
- You can cancel anytime through iPhone Settings without being charged
If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your selected subscription will begin and you will be charged the regular price.
Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID. Re-subscribing after a previous trial will not include a new trial.
3. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current period โ you retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top to open Apple ID settings
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap Gutski
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm
Deleting the Gutski app from your phone does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Apple Settings.
5. Refunds
All Gutski subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us, in accordance with Apple's standard refund policy.
To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the Gutski subscription
- Choose a reason and submit
Apple's decision on refund requests is final. We cannot issue refunds directly.
6. Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you in advance through the App or by email, and you will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance.
7. Promotional offers and discounts
From time to time we may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or extended trials. Promotional terms (eligibility, duration, restrictions) will be disclosed at the time of the offer.
Promotional offers are limited to new subscribers unless otherwise stated, and cannot be combined with other offers.
8. What you get
Active paid subscribers receive:
- Unlimited meal scans (no monthly cap)
- Daily Gut Score with carry-forward
- Morning journal with Bristol Stool Scale
- AI coach notes on every meal
- Trigger tracker (unlocks after 7 days of logging)
- PCOS mode (if selected during onboarding)
Annual subscribers additionally receive:
- Weekly gut reports
- Priority customer support
We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
9. Account termination
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, you may not be entitled to a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
