1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how NO CAP KRE8 LLC ("Gutski," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the Gutski mobile application and related services (the "Service").

By using Gutski, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

• Account information: Email address, name (optional), and authentication data when you create an account.
• Health profile: Information you provide during onboarding — age range, sex assigned at birth, height, weight, dietary preferences, allergies, medications, conditions (including PCOS, IBS, and similar), and gut health symptoms.
• Meal data: Photographs of meals you scan, food descriptions, and meal timing.
• Journal entries: Daily morning journal responses including energy, bloating, sleep quality, digestion (including Bristol Stool Scale entries), and free-text notes.
• Subscription information: Apple App Store subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Apple.

Information collected automatically

• Device information: Device model, iOS version, app version, language and region.
• Usage data: Features used, screens viewed, time spent in app, scan counts, streak data.
• Diagnostic data: Crash reports and performance metrics (when enabled by you).

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Calculate your daily Gut Score and personalised insights
• Identify your personal food triggers and patterns
• Provide AI-powered meal analysis and coaching notes
• Maintain your account and subscription
• Send you product updates and (with your consent) marketing communications
• Improve the Service, including training and improving our AI models on aggregated, de-identified data
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

4. AI processing of your data

Gutski uses artificial intelligence to analyse meal photographs and generate gut health insights. Your meal photos and health profile data may be processed by third-party AI providers, including:

We have data processing agreements with our AI providers that prohibit them from using your data to train their general models.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information or health data to anyone, ever.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, and AI processing partners who help us run the Service, under strict data protection agreements.
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers: If we are acquired or merge with another company, your data may transfer as part of that transaction. You will be notified.
• With your consent: Any other sharing requires your explicit consent.

6. Data retention
